The Payor Relations Department integrates functions of contract development and administration, account management and payor continuing education into one cohesive team forming a bridge between OrthoKinetix and the third-party payer community. Payor Relations works closely with Orthokinetix’s Order Processing Department to ensure the appropriate product is provided to patients per their physician’s order and following the requirements dictated by their insurance plan.
OrthoKinetix is contracted with many insurance carriers to provide our products and services to their members, including many of the national payor networks. We participate in all lines of business including commercial/group health (PPO, HMO, POS, EPOs, HSAs), workers compensation and Federal and State programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. We also focus on the supporting industries that serve these payor organizations including medical case management, bill review and utilization review.
